Strawberry seasoned sweets and treats are my two most loved things at the present time. This delicious treat is stuffed with a lot of strawberry goodness. A strawberry sweetheart's preferred treat. This speedy and simple treat is one of my most mentioned plans for summer.

Now and then I need to heat, yet not need to manage the cleanup a short time later. This is one of the numerous reasons I adore this Strawberry Cake Mix Cookie formula. They're very simple to make with only 3-fixings and you just need one bowl to blend them up. No insane measure of filthy dishes, no significant cleanup, only 10-minutes of your time and an additional 10-minutes to prepare in the stove. Truly, I can't express enough great words about these treats.

Summer is an incredible time to make strawberry treats and I can't appear to get enough of them. They are invigorating, tasty, sweet, and are simply the ideal scaled down pastry to treat yourself. Each late spring I prepare a clump of these cake blend treats and carry them to potlucks and birthday parties. It's such a simple how to make strawberry treats formula to include white chocolate chips or new strawberries in.

Ingredients
  • 1 package Strawberry Cake Mix, I used Pillsbury
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup powdered confections' sugar
Glaze
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, add cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  4. Mix until combined.  Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.  This will make it easier to scoop.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough and form a ball.  Otherwise, I usually use about 1 1/2 tablespoons dough rolled into a ball.
  6. Place on to cookie sheet 1-inch apart.
  7. Sprinkle tops with a little powdered confectioners' sugar.
  8. Bake in oven 9-11 minutes.  Each oven is different but the tops should be slightly golden.
  9. To make the glaze, in a medium bowl, combine water and 1 1/2 cups powdered confectioners' sugar.  Mix with a spoon until lumps are gone then use a spoon to drip glaze over the tops of the cookies.
