Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins #healthy #recipe

Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins #healthy #recipe

As much as I love Christmas, I in every case furtively get so energized when the tree descends, the designs leave, and LIFE GOES ON. Am only i?

January is the ideal time to reset, get once more into making and keeping up sound propensities, and discreetly reconnecting as a family once the buzzing about fades away. These solid Blueberry Cereal Biscuits are the ideal breakfast or nibble for returning to schedule.

They are stacked with beneficial things. Oats offer such a great amount of goodness in such a little bundle: fiber, protein, iron, zinc (incredible for boosting that insusceptible framework!) without any end in sight and on. There's also entire wheat flour, Greek yogurt, eggs, and blueberries which are overflowing with cell reinforcements themselves.

These biscuits can be put away on the counter at room temperature for 1-2 days. From that point onward, I truly prefer to place them in the fridge or cooler.
